Semolina dumplings

Ingredients

  • 65 g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Wholemeal wheat semolina
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Cream butter with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the egg. Add semolina and mix everything to a smooth mixture. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg. Use two teaspoons of dumplings and place on a plate covered with oil.

    Add to the hot broth and cook for about 5 minutes. Finally add chives.
