Ingredients

  • 200 g Savoy cabbage
  • 1 (100 g) Carrot
  • 1 (125 g) Potato
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 small onion
  • 80 g Minced beef
  • 5 g oil, 5 g half-fat butter
  • 1 TEASPOON TK-"8-herbs"

Directions

    Clean cabbage, peel carrot and potato. Wash and chop everything and cook in the broth for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste

    Peel and chop the onion. Knead with mince, season. Shape into a meatball. Fry in hot oil for about 10 minutes. Knead butter and herbs and add to it
