Potato salad with egg

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 1 egg, 100 g cucumber
  • 1/2 bunch Radishes
  • 40 g Vegetable turkey sausage
  • 5 tablespoons (50 ml) Vegetable broth
  • 1 TEASPOON White wine vinegar
  • 3-4 tablespoons (75 g) Lean yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON frozen chives

Directions

    Potatoes 20 minutes, boil egg hard. Peel both. Clean and wash the vegetables. Sausage in strips, cut prepared ingredients into small pieces

    Mix everything with broth and vinegar, let it stand. Season yoghurt, fold in. Sprinkle with chives
