Chilli-orange cocktail

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2 Chillies
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • 80 ml Carrot juice
  • 50 ml Beetroot juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lime juice
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 small carrot
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange peel

Directions

    Wash and halve 1 chilli pepper and remove the seeds. Cut the pod into fine cubes. Put the juices into the cup of a blender and mix. Season to taste with lime juice, sugar and salt.

    Pour into a glass and decorate with 1 chilli pepper, 1 carrot and orange peel.
