Fine rice pudding with summer fruits

Ingredients

  • 120 g Sour cherries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Amaretto
  • 250 ml low-fat milk
  • 1/2 (62,5 g) Bag of rice pudding quick and easy to prepare
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Split melon (e.g. Galia)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Pistachio kernels

Directions

    Wash, clean and stone the cherries. Sprinkle with amaretto, leave to stand. Meanwhile bring milk to the boil and remove from the stove. Stir in rice pudding with a whisk and continue stirring for 1 minute.

    Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile peel melon, remove seeds and cut flesh into pieces. Stir the rice pudding again and fill it onto a plate. Mix the fruit and place on top. Serve sprinkled with ground and halved pistachios.
