Asia wok with turkey strips

Ingredients

  • 40 g Basmati Rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 (150 g) large carrot
  • 200 g Sweet pepper
  • 50 g Mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 100 g Turkey escalope
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 50 g Mung bean seedlings
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Put rice into 1/8 l boiling salted water and simmer covered for about 18 minutes

    Peel the carrot, wash it and, if necessary, notch it several times lengthwise with a knife. Cut the carrot into slices. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms, if necessary. Peel and chop onion. Wash, dry and cut the meat into strips

    Heat oil in a wok or a coated pan. Fry the meat briefly in it. Fry vegetables, mushrooms and onion for 3-5 minutes, season. Deglaze with just under 100 ml water and soy sauce. Bring to the boil

    Sort the seedlings, wash them and lift them underneath. Season to taste with sambal and soy sauce. Arrange and garnish everything
