Ingredients

  • 750 g Leeks (leek)
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 125 g sliced boiled ham
  • 200 g Edam cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Wash and clean the mushrooms and cut them into halves or quarters depending on size. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the mushrooms briefly. Add the leek, fry briefly and season with salt and pepper. Pour in broth, bring to the boil and cook for about 5 minutes.

    Cut ham into strips. Grate cheese. Fold the ham into the vegetables and place in 4 ovenproof dishes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for 5-10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with coloured pepper
