Chicken nuggets with cucumber salad, sweet and sour sauce and baguette

Ingredients

  • 100 g Chicken filet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 disc (15 g) Toast
  • 1 egg (size S)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons (5 g each) Oil
  • 200 g Cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Herb Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g each) sweet-sour sauce
  • 2 discs (10 g each) Baguette bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the chicken filet, dab dry and cut into pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Finely grate the bread. Beat the egg. Turn meat pieces first in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat in it all around for about 8 minutes until golden brown.

    Wash and clean the cucumber and cut it diagonally into thin slices. Peel onion and cut into strips. Mix cucumber and onion in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil, vinegar and 1 pinch of sugar. Arrange chicken nuggets and sweet and sour sauce on a plate, garnish with parsley. Serve with salad and bread
