Fruit salad with yoghurt cream

Ingredients

  • 500 g Melon (e.g. honey and watermelon)
  • 1 medium-sized banana
  • 1 big kiwi
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Grappa (Italian marc)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 2 tablespoons (approx. 50 g) granular cream cheese
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Cut melons into thick slices, remove seeds and peel. Cut the flesh into pieces. Peel and slice banana and kiwi. First sprinkle the banana slices with lemon juice, then mix all the fruit and grappa. Roast the almonds without fat and let them cool down a little

    Stir cream cheese, yoghurt and sugar until smooth. Arrange with the fruit on 4 dessert plates. Decorate with almonds and balm
