Clean, wash and cut the savoy cabbage into strips. Peel and chop the potatoes. Peel onions, wash tomatoes and pat dry. Dice onions and tomatoes. Heat oil in a large pan, fry minced meat, potatoes and onions.
Add the savoy cabbage strips at the end and fry briefly. Add the tomatoes, pour on the stock and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Bring to the boil, cover and stew for about 10 minutes.
