Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for 10-12 minutes. Drain, quench and drain
Wash the asparagus, cut the ends off generously. Cut the asparagus into pieces and cook in salted water for 6-8 minutes. Drain and let cool. Drain the artichokes and cut into pieces
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Mix with tomatoes, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil
Mix everything. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Drink: cool white wine
