Clean the cauliflower, cut into florets and wash. Cut the large florets in half. Put the cauliflower and broth in a microwave oven and cook at 600 watts for about 8 minutes. Meanwhile clean and wash the leek and cut into fine rings.
Cut the cured pork into pieces. Add leek, pork loin, cream, sauce thickener, salt, pepper and curry and cook everything again for about 5 minutes at 600 watts. Then let it rest covered for another 2 minutes. Tastes good with mashed potatoes
In the meantime bring 1/2 litre of water to the boil, stir in the puree powder. Stir again after one minute. Serve with vegetables
