Salad plate with schnitzel strips

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 100 g Pork escalope
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 75 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lime or lemon juice, sugar
  • 75 g salade de feuilles mixtes (par exemple roquette, lollo rosso et bianco)
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 Wholemeal bread roll

Directions

    Wash the meat if necessary, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

    Mix yoghurt and juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar

    Clean, wash and pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Mix everything. Serve with meat strips and yoghurt sauce. Add the bread rolls
