Broccoli pan with Kassler

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 1 medium onion
  • 250 g tripped chop of Kasseler
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. drain

    Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Peel and chop the stems. Cover and cook both in 1/4 l boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash, dry and chop the smoked pork loin. Drain the broccoli and collect the vegetable water. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the smoked pork loin for about 5 minutes, turning it over. Fry the onion briefly

    Stir in vegetable water, milk and stock. Bring to the boil, thicken slightly and season to taste. Fold in pasta and broccoli. Wash the chives, chop finely and sprinkle over the pasta
