Wash the potatoes and boil in boiling water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Clean the leek, wash and cut into rings. Clean, wash and chop the tomato. Cut the slices of Kasseler into pieces. Heat the fat in a pan.
Brown the mushrooms and leek in it. Add tomatoes and sliced pork and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in crème fraiche. Peel and chill the potatoes. Arrange vegetables and potatoes on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley
