Wash and clean the cauliflower and cut into florets. Peel potatoes and cut them into slices. Steam potatoes and cauliflower in vegetable stock for about 5 minutes. Place the smoked pork chop on the vegetables and continue to steam for about 5 minutes until the potatoes and cauliflower florets are cooked.
Wash the chives and cut into small rolls, except for a little bit for garnishing. Thicken the stock with light sauce thickener. Stir in 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 1/2 bunch of chive rolls. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chives and garnish
