Ingredients

  • 2 stem(s) Basil or parsley
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) light remoulade
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) yoghurt, pepper
  • 1 (approx. 60 g) Grain baguette
  • 2 (100 g) small tomatoes
  • 50 g Cucumber
  • 8 radish, 2 salad leaves
  • 40 g thin cooked ham

Directions

    Wash and chop the herbs. Mix with remoulade and yoghurt, pepper. Cut the baguette twice and spread with cream

    Cleaning and washing vegetables. Cut tomatoes and cucumber into thin slices, radishes into quarters. Wash salad

    Cover the baguette with tomatoes and ham. Serve with lettuce, cucumber and radish
