Tomato and spinach gratin

Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes (200 g)
  • 2 (150 g) Tomatoes
  • 150 g leaf spinach
  • 1 tsp (5 g) oil, salt, pepper
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) grated gouda
  • 10 g Sunflower seeds

Directions

    Wash the potatoes. Boil in water for about 20 minutes, peel. Wash the tomatoes. Cut potatoes and tomatoes into slices

    Read out the spinach, wash it. Steam in oil, season. Pour in the stock. Pour everything into a gratin dish. Sprinkle with cheese and seeds. Brown in a hot oven or grill at highest setting for about 5 minutes
