Let the rice swell in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Sauté in hot oil while turning. Season with salt and paprika.
Add frozen vegetables and 2 tablespoons of water and cook for about 6 minutes. Drain the rice and let it drain well. Mix rice and sauce with meat and vegetables. Wash parsley, dab dry, chop and sprinkle over the pan dish.
