Brussels sprout soup

Ingredients

  • 160 g peeled potatoes
  • 30 g cleaned carrot
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 100 g cleaned Brussels sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 1 (50 g) low-calorie sausage
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Wash and chop the potatoes and carrot. Sauté in hot oil in a pot. Deglaze with 1/4-3/8 l water. Stir in stock, bring to the boil. Wash and add sprouts, cover and cook for about 15 minutes.

    Possibly mash some potato pieces in the broth. Season to taste the soup. Cut the sausages into slices and heat them in the soup. Serve. Wash parsley, chop finely and sprinkle on top.
