  • 1 TABLESPOON (20 g) low-fat cream cheese (0,2 % fat absolute)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Honey
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Nectarine
  • 2 discs (30 g each) Whole grain toast bread
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) Cream cheese with chocolate
  • 1/2 (50 g) small banana

Directions

    Mix low-fat cream cheese with honey and cinnamon. Cut nectarine into slices. Toast slices

    Spread a slice of toast with honey cream cheese and cover with slices of nectarine. Cut the banana into slices. Spread another slice of toast with chocolate cream cheese and cover with banana slices. Arrange both slices of toast on a plate
