Orange punch \"Tequila Sunrise\"

Ingredients

Servings: 15
  • 4 medium-sized oranges
  • 200 ml Pineapple juice (rest of dessert)
  • 2 (each 0.75 l) Bottles of orange juice
  • 1/4 l white tequila
  • 2 (each 0.7 l) Bottles cooler
  • 7-10 Tbsp dry champagne
  • 7-10 Tbsp some splashes of grenadine

Directions

    Peel oranges thickly. Cut out the fillets between the parting skins. Squeeze the parting skins and collect the juice. Pour pineapple juice, whole orange juice and tequila into a punch bowl. Fill up with sparkling wine just before serving.

    Place the fillets in tall glasses. Fill with punch. Let grenadine run in at the edge.
