Ingredients

  • 2-3 Radishes
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 150 g fresh coleslaw
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 3 (à 25 g) Poultry sausages
  • 1 Bread roll
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS sour cream

Directions

    Clean and wash the radish and spring onion. Cut the radishes into pieces, the spring onion into rings. Mix cabbage salad, radishes and spring onion, season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan.

    Fry the sausages for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Cut open the rolls and fill them with coleslaw and sausages. Serve with sour cream.
