Sandwich remoulade, eggs, lettuce and tomato

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 1/4 Head picking salad
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 8 Sandwich toast slices
  • 12 tsp (approx. 120 g) Remoulade

Directions

    Put the eggs in boiling water and boil hard for about 10 minutes. Wash the salad and drain well. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Rinse eggs under cold water, peel and slice.

    Spread 1 tsp. remoulade on each slice of toast. On 4 toasts, place tomato slices, 1 tsp. tartar sauce, lettuce and slices of egg. Finish with one slice of toast each. Cut off the rind, cut the slices diagonally in half.
