Salmon skewers with fennel

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1/2 Fennel Tuber
  • 2 stem(s) Dill
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 450 g Salmon fillet from the middle without skin
  • 6 Kebabs

Directions

    Cut the paprika and fennel into pieces. Cut the dill flags roughly. Mix olive oil and dill and season with some pepper. Wash the fish, dab dry and cut into cubes (approx. 2 x 2 cm).

    Put on skewers with paprika and fennel. Leave to stand in the dill marinade for about 1 hour, turning occasionally. Remove the skewers from the marinade and grill on the barbecue for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt and brush with marinade again before serving
