Ingredients

Servings: 750
  • 1 untreated orange
  • 200 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 TEASPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Wash the orange hot, rub dry and finely grate the peel. Halve the orange. Squeeze the juice from one half. Mix orange peel, orange juice, yoghurt, mustard and honey. Season to taste with pepper
