Ingredients

  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 150 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 300 g Schmand
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 16 Giant mushrooms
  • 1 red and yellow peppers
  • 6 (approx. 1 kg) Curry sausages
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 6-8 wooden skewers

Directions

    Peel the garlic, press it into the hot oil and fry it briefly. Leave to cool. Mix with mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Season to taste

    Clean and wash the mushrooms and peppers. Unscrew the mushroom stems. Cut paprika and sausages into large pieces. Put alternately on skewers

    Grill mushrooms and skewers on the hot grill while turning for 8-10 minutes. Fill the mushrooms with the garlic cream. Serve with salad leaves. Ketchup goes well with it
