  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 1/4 collar Chives
  • 2-3 stem(s) Dill
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 100 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Splash of lemon juice
  • 1 Mesp. grated rind of 1 untreated lemon
  • 10-15 g Roasted onions
  • 20 discs (approx. 200 g) Baguette

Directions

    Wash the herbs, dab dry and chop. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix 50 g soft butter with chopped herbs, garlic, a little salt, lemon juice and grated rind. Mix 50 g butter with grated onions and a little salt. Lightly roast the baguette slices on a hot grill and brush the warm slices with herb or roasted onion butter
