Grilled sausage skewers with peppers, onions and bacon

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 red onions
  • 16 Nuremberger rib steak sausages
  • 8 discs Bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Peel and slice the onions. Cut bacon in half crosswise. Wrap each sausage with 1/2 slice of bacon. Put sausages, bell peppers and onions alternately on skewers.

    Season oil with 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Spread the paprika and onions on the skewers. Grill the skewers on the hot grill for 5-7 minutes on each side.
