Ingredients

  • 300 g Turkey breast fillet
  • some stem(s) Oregano and thyme
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 4 Pork neck chops (approx. 125 g each)
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Courgette
  • 3 (approx. 500 g) large potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 red and yellow pepper
  • 100 g Leeks (leek)
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 8 big mushrooms
  • 4 Nuremberg bratwursts (approx. 40 g each)

Directions

    Cut the turkey breast into four slices. Wash oregano and thyme, pluck leaves from the stalks, chop finely and mix with oil. Place the turkey steaks in the marinade, cover and leave to soak for 5-6 hours.

    Mix ketchup and paprika. Brush the neck chops with it and let it stand for 1-2 hours. Clean and wash the zucchinis and cut into long diagonal slices. Wash the potatoes and cut them lengthwise into thick slices, sprinkle with salt and rosemary.

    Clean the peppers and cut them into wide strips. Clean the leek, dice finely and fold into the cream cheese. Clean the mushrooms and twist the stalk out. Fill the cheese mixture into the mushrooms. Grill meat and potatoes on the hot grill for 5-7 minutes on each side.

    Also place vegetables and sausages on the grill halfway through the grilling time.
