Honey mustard sausages

Ingredients

  • 750 g baby potatoes
  • 350 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Federation Rocket
  • 100 g medium hot mustard
  • 100 g clear honey
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 4 coarse bratwursts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and peel. Let cool down. Wash, clean and halve the tomatoes. Wash the rocket, dab dry and clean.

    Stir mustard and honey together until smooth. Remove 6 tablespoons and put aside. Stir the remaining mustard-honey mixture first with vinegar, then the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix marinade with potatoes, tomatoes and rocket. Wash and clean the zucchini. Peel long strips with a peeler. Wrap around the sausages. Spread the marinade on the sausages. Grill on the hot grill for about 10 minutes, turning from time to time.
