Marinated T-bone steak with herb butter

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 1 Shallot
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tabasco
  • 1 TABLESPOON pickled green peppercorns (glass)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS + some olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp 3 T-bone steaks (approx. 450 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 3 Baguette slices
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 discs Herb Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olive oil

Directions

    Cut the shallot into rings. Mix with Tabasco, green pepper and 5 tablespoons olive oil. Dab steaks dry and leave them in the marinade for 1-2 hours. Remove steaks from the marinade and season with salt. Grill for 5-7 minutes while turning. Grill tomatoes for 3-4 minutes while turning.

    Drizzle baguette with some olive oil and grill until golden brown. Halve the garlic clove. Rub 3 baguette slices with it. Before serving, brush the steaks again with some marinade and serve with a piece of herb butter. Add tomatoes and bread
