Cut the shallot into rings. Mix with Tabasco, green pepper and 5 tablespoons olive oil. Dab steaks dry and leave them in the marinade for 1-2 hours. Remove steaks from the marinade and season with salt. Grill for 5-7 minutes while turning. Grill tomatoes for 3-4 minutes while turning.
Drizzle baguette with some olive oil and grill until golden brown. Halve the garlic clove. Rub 3 baguette slices with it. Before serving, brush the steaks again with some marinade and serve with a piece of herb butter. Add tomatoes and bread
