Chicken skewers \"Teriyaki\"

Ingredients

  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Teriyaki marinade (bottle)
  • 12 (approx. 300 g) Chicken inner fillets
  • 12 Bamboo skewers

Directions

    Peel and finely grate the ginger. Mix with Teriyaki marinade. Wash the chickenfilet, dab dry and skewer lengthwise. Spread with marinade. Cover and chill for about 1 hour.

    Drain chicken skewers if necessary and grill them on the hot grill all around for 8-10 minutes.
