Wash the chops and pat them dry. Mix mustard, 4 tablespoons of oil, honey and dried herbs. Season with pepper. Coat chops with it all around. Marinate them for a short time
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in water for about 15 minutes. Wash, clean and cut the tomato into 4 slices
Remove the chops from the marinade and dab dry. Grill on the hot grill for 5-8 minutes on each side. Spread the honey-mustard marinade on the chops towards the end and cover them with 1 slice of tomato, season
Drain the potatoes and let them cool down a little. Cut lengthwise in half and brush with 1 tbsp. oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill the potatoes on each side for about 4 minutes. Arrange everything with salad and dill. Serve with fried onions, sour cream and ketchup
