Defrost the frozen shrimps. If necessary, scratch lengthwise on the back and remove the dark gut. Wash the shrimps. Peel and slice the garlic. Mix with oil and Sambal Oelek and mix with the prawns.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Wash the lime, cut into pieces. Grill the shrimps in grill trays on the hot grill for 8-10 minutes. Salt lightly. Serve with lime pieces.
