Salmon and wild garlic rolls in radish cream

  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 4 Federation Wild garlic
  • 250 g ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 10 discs (20 g each) smoked salmon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Toothpicks

Directions

    Clean and wash radishes. Put 4 leaves of radish green aside for garnishing. Halve the radishes and cut into slices. Wash the wild garlic and dab dry. Remove the stalk from 22 leaves. Put the rest of the wild garlic, stalks and sour cream in a bowl and puree with a chopping stick. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Cut 2 wild garlic leaves into strips. Cut salmon slices in half lengthwise and place one half each on a wild garlic leaf. Roll up and fix with toothpicks. Fold the radish slices into the sour cream mixture. Arrange radish cream and salmon rolls on plates. Garnish with wild garlic strips and radish green. Bread tastes good with it
