Ingredients

  • 1/2 yellow and green pepper
  • 8 discs (37 g each) Sandwich toast
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Remoulade
  • 75 g Salami in thin slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into thin strips. Spread slices of toast with tartar sauce. Put some slices of salami and paprika on each slice. Cover with a second slice of toast. Squeeze them a little bit and toast two sandwiches in a sandwich toaster for 5-8 minutes until golden yellow. Halve the sandwiches diagonally and arrange them on a plate with some salad leaves
