Boil eggs in boiling water for 9 minutes until hard. In the meantime cut 1 gherkin into fine cubes. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Carefully mix gherkin, tea sausage and chives, except for a few rolls for decoration. Season with pepper.
Wash the salad and dab dry. Drain eggs, rinse with cold water, peel and slice. Roast toast. Cover toast with salad, cheese, egg and sausage. Sprinkle with chives and garnish with 1 gherkin
