Salami and feta cheese skewers

Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 1/2 bunch parsley and chives, 3-4 stems of sage
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON dried thyme
  • 10 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 250 g Sheep's cheese
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, pepper
  • 12 wooden skewers

    Wash fresh herbs. Chop parsley and chives finely. Mix with thyme and oil

    Cut cheese and salami into 12 cubes each. Leave the cheese in the marinade for at least 1 hour. Wash the tomatoes. Pluck the sage. Put everything on skewers. Seasoning
