Ingredients

  • 250 g Salami (sliced)
  • 150 g Gouda (play)
  • 2 fresh pizza dough (à 400 g; refrigerated shelf; e.g. from Aunt Fanny)
  • 75-100 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Herbs
  • baking paper

Directions

    Finely dice half the salami. Grate cheese. Unroll the pizza dough and cut out about 24 circles (6 cm Ø each) close together. Spread the dough circles on baking trays lined with baking paper.

    Cover 24 dough circles each with salami slices or cubes. Sprinkle pizzas with cheese and herbs. Drizzle oil over them. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric oven: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for 10-12 minutes.
