Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Chicory
  • 1 Small onion (e.g. red)
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Orange
  • 3 tablespoons (30 ml) Orange juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Oil
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 50 g Cream cheese (50 % fat)

Directions

    Cleaning and washing vegetables. Peel onion and orange. Cut everything into slices or rings

    Whip the juice, salt, pepper, sugar and oil. Drizzle salad ingredients. Wash and chop the parsley. Cut the cheese nocks off, turn them in parsley and put them on top.
