Salad dressing with soured milk, ketchup, pickles and herbs

Ingredients

  • 50 g pickled gherkins in slices
  • 100 g Soured milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Ketchup
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 2 TEASPOONS Worcestershire sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TEASPOONS frozen herb mix

Directions

    Drain the cucumbers and dice finely. Mix soured milk, mayonnaise, ketchup, milk and Worcestershire sauce, season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Stir in cucumbers and unfrozen herbs

    Mix dressing with salad (e.g. shrimp salad), season to taste again and serve
