Clean the broccoli, cut into small florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash, clean and roughly dice the tomatoes. Drain broccoli and rinse briefly in cold water. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop coarsely
Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water. Mix pasta, parsley and prepared vegetables. Add yoghurt and fold in. Season to taste with salt, pepper and olive oil
