Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1.5 kg medium size potatoes (firm boiling)
  • 5-6 Stem(s) Sage
  • 4 TABLESPOONS oil, salt, pepper

Directions

    Wash the potatoes well and cook them for about 15 minutes. Wash and pluck the sage. Drain the potatoes, let them cool down a bit and cut them into quarters

    Fry the potatoes in a pan in hot oil either on the stove or on the grill for about 10 minutes until crispy. Mix in sage. Seasoning
