Wash the potatoes and cook in plenty of boiling water for about 20 minutes. Rinse under cold water, drain and peel. Cut the potatoes in half. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown and add salt.
Drain on kitchen paper and let it cool down. Place the potatoes on a plate and place a small spot of crème fraîche on each. Cover with prawns and sprinkle with pepper. Serve garnished with dill and some salad.
