Stuffed tomatoes with avocado

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 6-8 small tomatoes (about 50 g each)
  • several sheets Lettuce to serve
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 (approx. 300 g) Avocado
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, cayenne pepper

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes and pat them dry. Then cut off one lid each and remove the flesh. Clean, wash and shake the lettuce dry. Peel and roughly chop the garlic

    Halve the avocado and remove the core. Remove the flesh from the halves and dice roughly. Add lemon juice and garlic. Puree everything with the cutting stick of the hand mixer. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper

    Pour the avocado cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and squirt it into the tomatoes or fill it in with a teaspoon. Arrange the tomatoes on the lettuce leaves and sprinkle with some cayenne pepper. Serve with white bread as desired
