Ingredients

  • 1 piece(s) Cucumber
  • 500 g Quark / Yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Vinegar
  • 50 g Feta
  • 2 piece(s) Garlic cloves
  • 5 Disc/s Toast
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TEASPOONS Greek spices
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt/Pepper
  • 1 piece(s) red onion

Directions

    Halve the cucumber, wash, peel and grate.

    Drain the cucumber rasp over a sieve.

    Peel and press the garlic clove.

    Mash feta.

    Put yoghurt/quark with oil and vinegar in Russel Hobbs.

    Add cucumber, feta, garlic and spices.

    Mix briefly at level 1 and place in glass bowls.

    Cut toast /onions into small cubes.

    Mix oil with Greek spice.

  10. 10

    Fry the toast and onions in the oil.

    Serve both together.
