Halve the cucumber, wash, peel and grate.
Drain the cucumber rasp over a sieve.
Peel and press the garlic clove.
Mash feta.
Put yoghurt/quark with oil and vinegar in Russel Hobbs.
Add cucumber, feta, garlic and spices.
Mix briefly at level 1 and place in glass bowls.
Cut toast /onions into small cubes.
Mix oil with Greek spice.
Fry the toast and onions in the oil.
Serve both together.
