  • 150 g Ladyfingers
  • 150 g white couverture
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 75 g Chocolate flakes to roll (coated chocolate flakes)
  • 20 Paper sleeves

Directions

    Finely crumble the biscuits. Chop the chocolate coating and melt in a warm water bath. Knead biscuits, melted couverture and rum. Form into approx. 20 small balls and then roll them in the chocolate flakes. Place rum balls in paper sleeves
