Brown cookies with flaked almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (500 g) Baking mix Brown gingerbread
  • 25 g soft butter or margarine
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 50 g flaked almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Knead the baking mix, fat, egg and 2 tablespoons of water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Knead the dough again with your hands and refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Roll out to a rectangle (approx. 20x28 cm) on a floured work surface. Sprinkle with almond flakes and roll out thinly (approx. 28x35 cm).

    Roll out 20 squares (7x7 cm) and cut them in half to form triangles. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175°C/ gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes. Let them cool down on a cake rack. Results in approx. 40 pieces
