Place the Rösti on a baking tray without defrosting. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes
Clean, wash and possibly halve the mushrooms. Peel and finely dice onions. Heat the fat. Fry the mushrooms for about 10 minutes until golden brown. After 5 minutes add onions and fry them. Season with salt and pepper
Dust the mushrooms with flour and sauté briefly. Stir in cream, milk and 1/8-1/4 l water and stock. Simmer for 2-3 minutes and season to taste. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over it
